My favorite thing about this trainer’s HIIT classes is how real she keeps it. Talking is kept to a minimum as she exercises in real time with you. She also doesn’t bother to edit out her mishaps; when she get’s tired and falls, she leaves it in. It’s refreshing and unique.

If you want to really pump things up, the classes on Les Mills are longer than most and keep the energy really high. The classes mix different styles of martial arts to keep you moving from start to finish. It’s a full energy sweat flush. You will be sore.

MadFit has a variety of HIIT workouts, but the real gold is in her dance routines. At just 3 minutes long, it’s a fun way to feel like you moved it when you really had zero time to workout. Bonus points: learning choreography has been shown to boost your brain power. Go you.
